People complain that real estate is expensive in Boston.  My wife found a real gem listed in the suburb of Newton, for only $849,000. Seriously.

The rather poetic description (you know how those realtors are) reads: "HOUSE IS UNINHABITABLE AND UNSAFE TO ENTER."  Get it quick before it sells, on the Hammond web site, MLS #70131338.

I've updated my bloglist

Well, I finally updated my blogroll, to the left.  It was getting a number of rusty links.  I added the new blog of my friend Brad Miller.  I've known him since I was seven, which is pretty remarkable.  He's the first person I know in real life with a weblog.  Now we can link to each other a lot, and boost our Pagerank.
